We got great value for our money at this amazing hotel. The room was spacious with a stunning view and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to town through a beautiful park. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast option could have been better. The eggs benedict was not enjoyable and the fresh fruit selection was limited.

our stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible. the room was beyond nice, and the location was perfect. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the spa facilities were also top-notch. overall, the oetker collection exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back again.

A very pleasent experience with personalised service not always evident in such large hotels. Spa and pool facilities fantastic and location very convenient. A little on the expensive side but still comparable with other hotels of this standard.

the hotel was excellent in every way, I was pampered the entire stay, fantastic spa and workout room, massage and facial, great pampering for my 2 dogs as well with their own dog beds, bowls, and treats, my car even had a bag with water and snacks for my drive home

We travelled with our 4 months old baby. Service, quality of the food and the facilities was very good. Attention to details was excellent as expected. Spa facilities are clean and well maintained.
